AGM vs. EGM: A Quick Comparison

Annual General Meeting (AGM)
- Frequency: Mandatory, once every financial year.

Chairman & Adjournment

Proxies

Minutes
Minutes must be prepared and entered in the Minute Book within 30 days of the meeting's conclusion and signed by the Chairman.
